What went wrong?
When user log out from his account, and click + > Add account, nothing happens.
It would be better from UX prospective that when user logs out and click Add Account a notification “Please log in to add an account” should be shown.
ps: even when user log in he is unable to add another account, closing and reopening the app fix the issue.
